Where
are you located?
We are located in Barrington, Rhode Island, but
since we're primarily a mobile service we do not have a
retail storefront. Our technicians work from home which
translates to lower overhead so we pass the savings onto
you.
Will
you come out to my home or office?
Yes! Quick and reliable on-site service is
our specialty. We also offer pickup and delivery
service to some areas—please refer to our
Services & Rates page for details.
Can
I drop my computer off?
Absolutely. Please call 401-289-2131 for details.
What
do I need to bring when I drop off my PC?
For desktop PC's you need only bring the system
itself (AKA "the box") and the discs that came
with the computer. For laptops you must bring the system
discs as well as the power adapter.
What
should I do to prepare for a service call?
A person at least 18 years old must be present
during the entire service call. You should backup your
data before we arrive—we are not responsible for lost
data resulting from services rendered. If necessary, we
can backup your data as an additional service.
Additionally, our technician must receive access to your
residence/office, full access to the computer(s) and/or peripheral(s)
to be serviced, and a safe working environment. Please

Do
you guarantee your service?
Yes. We guarantee our work for a period of 7 days
from the service date. If you're not satisfied with the
service we provided and you notify us within the 7 day
period, we will work with you to remedy the problem at
no additional cost to you. Please

What
are your business hours?
Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday
8:30AM-6:00PM.
Do
you work evenings or weekends?
Evening and weekend service calls are available on a
case-by-case basis. Please call 401-289-2131 to set an
appointment.
When
do I pay for services?
Payment must be made upon completion of the service
call. We do not offer billing services.
What
forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and secure online credit
card payments.
Do
you service Macintosh?
It depends. We can help with setting up newer Macs
running OS X. We can help if you're switching from a PC
to a Mac. We can get your email and internet set up. We
can help with basic tutoring. We can help with software
installations and transferring files from your old PC.
