East Bay Computer is owned and operated Paul H Soares, Jr, who is a lifelong East Bay resident. Paul was born in Warren and grew up in Barrington. He volunteers much of his spare time to the community, helping out with school events and coaching youth sports. Paul and his family currently reside in Barrington.
